Service notifications in MangoApps allow administrators to keep users informed about important product updates, training webinars, best practices, and other essential service-related communications. These notifications ensure that the right users receive relevant updates without any promotional or marketing content.

Notification Categories

MangoApps provides two main categories of service notifications:

Product Updates: Critical updates about MangoApps features and improvements.

Training Webinars, Best Practices, etc.: Invitations and resources to enhance user knowledge and productivity while engaged on a MangoApps domain.

These notifications do not include marketing or promotional content.

Configuring Notification Recipients

Admins can choose who will receive service notifications by selecting from the following options:

• Domain Admins Only: Only domain administrators receive the notifications.

• Domain & Intranet Admins Only: Domain and intranet administrators receive the notifications.

• Domain, Intranet, and Team Admins Only: Notifications are sent to domain, intranet, and team administrators.

• All Network Users: Every user in the network receives the notifications.

• All Network and Guest Users: Notifications are sent to all network users, including guest users.
