### Overview

In this section, you will find a comprehensive overview of your domain’s Moderation activity within a specified time frame. You can easily monitor trends in content and user-specific Moderation analytics using the various graphs and metrics below.

Dashboard insights **only** get populated when an action (removed or published) has been taken on a content item in the Moderation Queue. **Pending items** are **not** reflected in the Insights.

### Summary Metrics

* **Total Moderated Items**: The total number of content items that have undergone review and were processed through the **Moderation Queue** in the selected date range.
* **Total Moderated Users**: The total number of unique users whose content has undergone review and was processed through the **Moderation Queue** in the selected date range.

### Graph: Moderation Trends

This graph displays the number of content items that were kept, edited, or removed in the Moderation Queue during the selected time period. If the x-axis is displayed in daily increments, you can add event annotations to document organizational activities or moderation actions that may influence the volume of moderated content.

To add an annotation, choose the date you want to mark, enter a brief description of the event, and save it. Once saved, an indicator line and dot will appear on the selected date. Hovering over the dot shows the annotation details and the author. Clicking the dot allows you to edit or delete the annotation.

This chart displays the percentage breakdown of different types of content that have been moderated. Hover over any section to view the exact percentage and total number of items for each content type. The content types shown include Posts, Updates, Questions, Comments, and Replies.

### Pie Chart: Moderation Method

This chart shows the proportion of content moderated by rule-based methods versus AI-based Moderation. Hover over any section to view the exact percentage and total number of items for each moderation method. Rule-based Moderation includes content flagged by users or system detected keywords. AI-based Moderation refers to content moderated by AI Negativity Tolerance or AI Harm Analysis. If AI Moderation is not enabled in Settings, this chart will be unavailable.

### Pie Chart: Moderated vs. Unmoderated Content

This chart displays the proportion of content that was moderated versus content published without moderation review. Hover over any section to see the exact percentage and total number of items in each category. Moderated content refers to items that entered and exited the Moderation Queue, while unmoderated content refers to items that did not enter the Queue entirely.

System and AI options are also included in the table as reporters for the highest number of reported flags.
