Configuring the email footer for compliance


Network admins can use this setting to configure the email notifications generated from the domain with footer text for legal compliance or for informational and promotional requirements.

Go to Admin Portal > Compliance > Email Compliance

  1. Activate Email Compliance: Mark the checkbox to include the specified message in the footer of any email going out to all domain users and external users from MangoApps.

  2. Message to be appended to Email footer: Add the preferred email footer content using the visual editor to add, edit and format it.

  3. Save: Click the Save button to apply the chosen settings.

The footer is added the end of existing text portion of the email notifications going out to all domain users (network and guest users both) and external users (if any).
