# Email Compliance

### Overview

Network administrators can configure email notifications sent from the domain by adding a footer message for legal compliance, informational purposes, or promotional needs.

### **Email Compliance Message**

Mark the checkbox to include the specified message in the footer of any email going out to all domain users and external users from MangoApps.

Add the preferred email footer content using the visual editor to add, edit and format it. Then, click the **Save** button to apply the chosen settings.

The configured footer will now be appended to the **end** of all email notifications sent to **network users, guest users, and external recipients (if applicable)**.
