# Installation & Upgrade (Deprecated)

## Windows Installation

1. From the **Downloads** section, click on **Sync for Windows**.

2\. Then, click on **Download**.

3\. Click on the .exe file in your download bin.

4\. Click on **Next** to continue.

5\. Next, follow the on screen prompts.

6\. Enter your log in credentials including: **Login ID, Password, and Domain URL**. Then, click on **Sign In**.

7\. Next, select the folder or folders that you want to sync. Then, click on **Done**.

## Mac Installation

1. From the **Downloads** section, click on **Sync for Mac.**

*Once you get the installation confirmation, click on **Close***

4\. Now, open the **MangoApps File Sync** app.

5\. Enter your log in credentials including: **Login ID, Password, and Domain URL**. Then, click on **Sign In**.

6\. Next, select the folders you wish to sync. Then, click on **Done**.

## Upgrade

File Sync will automatically check every 8 hours for an available update.&#x20;

You can also open the **Preferences** menu to manually check for an update.
