# Content

### Overview

As a network administrator in MangoApps, you can control the content included in email notifications sent to users. You have the option to either send full content details within the email or provide only a link to the content.

This setting applies to both system-generated and user-generated email notifications.

### Types of Email Notifications

MangoApps generates two types of email notifications:

#### System-Generated Emails

These emails are triggered by administrative actions, such as:

* Adding users to a team
* Password reset requests
* Archiving a team

#### User-Generated Emails

These emails are triggered by user actions, including:

* New status updates
* New posts
* New comments on posts
* New replies to comments

***

### Approved Email Domains

Enter the email domains (comma separated) that should receive full content when they receive email notifications.

Up to 10 **approved email domains** can be configured:

* Users in these domains get content per admin settings.
* Users outside these domains always receive link-only emails.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://guides.mangoapps.com/admin-guide/email/content.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
