🆕Digest
Email digests are often preferred by users who want to stay informed but do not have the time to regularly check multiple sources. They provide a concise and easily scannable overview of relevant info
Overview
Email digests in the MangoApps Admin Portal allow network administrators to manage and customize the content and frequency of email notifications sent to users. Admins can choose between sending full content details or only links to content within email notifications.

Types of Email Notifications
There are two types of email notifications: system-generated emails and user-generated emails.
System-Generated Emails
These emails are triggered by administrative actions, such as:
Adding users to a team
Password resets
Archiving a team
Admins can configure the content users receive for system-generated emails under Email > Content > System-Generated Emails.
User-Generated Emails
These emails are triggered by user actions, such as:
New status updates
Posts or comments
Replies to comments

Reward Summary Digest
Summarizes user rewards and points:
Frequency: Monthly or Never.
Includes sections such as the user’s rewards balance, points received in the last month, points expiring in the next 60 days, and recent awards.
The digest will be sent on the first of every month when the "Monthly" option is selected. However, if the rewards balance for the previous month is "0" and the total rewards balance is also "0," the user will not receive the monthly digest.
AI Feedback
The AI Feedback Digest provides a summary of feedback collected via AI-generated responses in your MangoApps network. This email is sent only to network admins and helps track recent feedback trends for ongoing improvement.

Admins have the flexibility to configure how often and when they receive these digests:
Frequency Options: Choose how frequently the digest is delivered—daily, weekly, or monthly.
Send Day & Time: For weekly or monthly digests, you can set the specific day and time for delivery. For example, a weekly digest scheduled for Fridays at 2:00 PM PST will include feedback collected from the previous Friday at 2:00 PM through to the current Friday at 1:59 PM.
Admins can also choose to unsubscribe from the AI Feedback Digest or modify their digest preferences at any time from their Email Digest Settings in the Admin Portal.
Unread Chat Digest
Provides a snapshot of unread chats during a set period of time.
Frequency: Never, Every 4, 8, 24 Hours.

The unread chat digest includes:
User’s email and greeting
A short description
A list of unread messages with:
Chat name
Sender name & snippet of the message
Timestamp of when the message was sent
Priority tags where applicable
Messages Summary Digest
Message digests allow administrators to keep users informed by sending automated summaries of their unread messages via email, SMS, web push, or mobile push notifications. These digests help ensure team members never miss important updates.

Set Frequency: Choose how often the digest should be sent (e.g., Daily). This ensures users receive updates on a regular schedule.
Choose Delivery Time: Select the time of day when the digest should be sent.
Select User Segment:
All Users: Sends to everyone.
Include user segment: Sends only to a defined group.
Exclude user segment: Sends to all except a specific group.
Select Channels: Pick one or more delivery channels: Email, Mobile Push, SMS, Web Push.
Customize Subject or Notification Message: Use personalization tokens to tailor the message.
Preview the Digest: Click Preview to view how the message will appear across different channels before sending. The preview displays sample data to demonstrate formatting.

Files Digest
The Files Digest emails summarize file uploads and downloads for selected folders. Admins set default frequency (Never, 1h, 12h, 24h) and subject; users can override via Change My Settings > Digests. Folder-level settings let users track uploads/downloads per folder. Emails include file details and folder paths, with an unsubscribe option, and are suppressed if no activity occurs or settings block delivery.
