Email digests in the MangoApps Admin Portal allow network administrators to manage and customize the content and frequency of email notifications sent to users. Admins can choose between sending full content details or only links to content within email notifications.
There are two types of email notifications: system-generated emails and user-generated emails.
These emails are triggered by administrative actions, such as:
Adding users to a team
Password resets
Archiving a team
Admins can configure the content users receive for system-generated emails under Email > Content > System-Generated Emails.
These emails are triggered by user actions, such as:
New status updates
Posts or comments
Replies to comments
Under Email > Content > User Generated Emails, admins can enable the option to "Send Full Details in Email Body," ensuring that complete content for posts, campaigns, and other items is included in emails.
These emails are compatible with Microsoft Outlook desktop clients (2013, 2016, 2019) and Outlook Web when single blocks are used per row.
Admins can also configure system-generated emails to include specific content based on system activities. Once configurations are complete, clicking the Save button applies the changes.
