# Recognition

## Overview

The **Recognition Module** operates by acknowledging and rewarding commendable achievements through kudos. It empowers leaders to shape team culture and inspire employees. As a network administrator, you can assign reward points to specific accolades. Users can then utilize these points to obtain gift cards.

Additionally, the **Recognition Module** incorporates gamification elements by assigning points to each award, thus contributing to a user's profile in the form of Levels and Badges.

As a network admin, you can modify the system's default label and adjust other domain-wide settings within the **Recognition Module** to suit your organization's needs.
