Overview

Setting up email branding for your company's intranet allows network administrators to configure the look and feel of notification emails, enhancing brand consistency and professionalism. This customization typically includes options for the Email Header, Email Footer, and Email Body.


Customize the Email Header

Click on the Email Header tab along the right hand side of the editor reveal the Email Header customization options.

Modify elements such as background image, background color, text font size, text font family, title text color, and title text highlight color to match your branding's style.

Ensure to save your changes by clicking the Save button at the bottom of the page. If needed, you can revert to the default settings by clicking the Reset to Default button.

Email header settings apply to emails generated by posts also (in addition to being applied to notification & digest emails).


Customize the Email Body

Click on the body section of the email preview to display the Email Body option.

Customize elements of the email body such as background color, body text font size, body text font family, body text color, link color, button color, button text color, button text font family, and button text font size to align with your branding's style.

Save your changes after customization or, if necessary, revert to default settings by clicking Reset to Default.

The chosen button setting in the email body will apply to emails generated by posts body also (in addition to being applied to notification & digest emails). Other settings in email body do not apply to the post email body.


Click on the footer section in the email preview to reveal the Email Footer option.

Select options for footer text color, footer text font size, footer text font family, and link color according to your branding guidelines.

Save your changes or reset to default settings if needed.

Note: Similar to the header, email footer settings apply to post-email content as well.

Email footer settings apply to emails generated by posts also (in addition to being applied to notification & digest emails).
