# People

With MangoApps People Directory and Profiles, you have the power to seamlessly access and share comprehensive information about your colleagues. The People module offers versatile viewing options, including an icon view, a list view, and an organizational chart view, allowing you to tailor your experience based on your preference. MangoApps simplifies the process of obtaining detailed employee information, fostering collaboration and communication within your organization.

In this section, administrators can fine-tune the People module to meet the unique needs of their organization. From setting **user titles** and enabling **profile editing** to selecting the specific **information displayed** on user profiles, admins have granular control over the user experience. Additionally, administrators can **preview user profiles** and their appearance in the People Directory, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing presentation. The section also covers updating the **organizational chart**, **creating skills** that users can add to their profiles, and managing **profile webhooks** for seamless integration with other systems.
