Setting the Scheduled Digest for All Users

As a network admin you can configure when to send network summary, tasks summary, and unread chats summary to your users on their email address.

From the Admin portal, select Domain and then Scheduled Digests

Scheduled Digests: Select when to send the network, tasks, and unread chats summary email to your users. You can chose to send these digests either Never or Daily or Weekly or specific time intervals (for unread chats).

  1. Send network summary digest: Select when to send a network summary email with a snapshot of a user's news feed count, @mentions count and chat messages' count for the mentioned period (daily or weekly).

  2. Send tasks summary digest: Select when to send a tasks summary email with a snapshot of a user's tasks at the mentioned time interval (daily or weekly).

  3. Send post summary digest: Select when to send a posts summary email with a snapshot of a user's posts

  4. Send unread chats summary digest: Select when to send an unread chats summary email with a snapshot of a user's unread chat messages for the mentioned period (every 4/8/24 hours)

  5. Apply All The Above Settings To: Select the option to apply the settings.

    • All users in your domain: Select to apply the settings to all existing and new users on your domain. This will overwrite the existing scheduled digests settings for all users.

    • Only new users added from now onwards: Select to apply the settings to all new users signing up on your domain. This will NOT overwrite the existing scheduled digests settings of existing users. New users can choose to change the settings from the User Portal.

Users CAN override these settings from the User Portal.

Network summary emails are sent at 23:30 Hrs UTC +5:30.

Tasks summary emails are sent at 05:30 Hrs UTC +5:30.

FAQs

Do guest users also get the scheduled digest?

Yes, guest users also get the scheduled email digest if their settings are turned ON.
