Setting up the Huddle service for your domain

Overview

MangoApps integrates with GoToMeeting and join.me online meeting services, for audio & video conferencing and screen share with users across the globe.
Network admins can enable the built-in MangoApps huddle service or GoToMeeting or join.me service for all network and guest users on your domain.
Admin Portal > Integrations > Huddle
  1. 1.
    Enable Huddle: Click the toggle bar to enable/disable private 1-on-1 and team audio & video calling, and screen sharing capability for your domain.
    If disabled, hides the Call (
    ) button from the Instant Messaging (IM) for all users on all platforms for MangoApps. Also, if disabled, hides the 'Add huddle/conferencing' checkbox from the event creation page.

    MangoApps: Select to use the built-in MangoApps huddle service for audio & video calling and screen sharing 1-on-1. One screen share / video call session can allow up to a max of 10 participants

    GoToMeeting: Select to use GoToMeeting service for audio & video calling and screen sharing in private 1-on-1 and team chats when the user clicks the Call (
    ) button.
    If enabled, adds a Start Huddle (
    ) button within a company/team event details page.

    Join.me: Select to use join.me service for audio & video calling and screen sharing in private 1-on-1 and team chats when the user clicks the Call (
    ) button.
    If enabled, adds a Start Huddle (
    )button within a company/team event details page.
  5. 5.
    Save: Click the Save button to apply the chosen settings.
For GoToMeeting and Join.me services, users must first authenticate using their account credentials of the service via User Portal > Change My Settings > Huddle.
