Setting up the Huddle service for your domain
MangoApps integrates with GoToMeeting and join.me online meeting services, for audio & video conferencing and screen share with users across the globe.
Network admins can enable the built-in MangoApps huddle service or GoToMeeting or join.me service for all network and guest users on your domain.

Admin Portal > Integrations > Huddle
- 1.Enable Huddle: Click the toggle bar to enable/disable private 1-on-1 and team audio & video calling, and screen sharing capability for your domain.If disabled, hides the Call () button from the Instant Messaging (IM) for all users on all platforms for MangoApps. Also, if disabled, hides the 'Add huddle/conferencing' checkbox from the event creation page.
- 2.MangoApps: Select to use the built-in MangoApps huddle service for audio & video calling and screen sharing 1-on-1. One screen share / video call session can allow up to a max of 10 participants
- 3.GoToMeeting: Select to use GoToMeeting service for audio & video calling and screen sharing in private 1-on-1 and team chats when the user clicks the Call () button.If enabled, adds a Start Huddle () button within a company/team event details page.
- 4.Join.me: Select to use join.me service for audio & video calling and screen sharing in private 1-on-1 and team chats when the user clicks the Call () button.If enabled, adds a Start Huddle ()button within a company/team event details page.
- 5.Save: Click the Save button to apply the chosen settings.
For GoToMeeting and Join.me services, users must first authenticate using their account credentials of the service via User Portal > Change My Settings > Huddle.
