Configuring the Dashboard for all users
By default, the landing page is set to 'Dashboard' for all users after they log in to your MangoApps domain. As a network admin, you can choose both the default layout and the content that appears on your users’ Dashboard on the User Portal.

Fix Widget Height: Network admins can setup dashboard using fixed height widgets vs variable height widgets. Fixed height widgets help dashboard admins to align up the heights of all the widgets in a row. Widget height setting cannot be overridden by end users to ensure they get a consistent UX.
Widget Gallery: Click the Widget Gallery button to scroll through the list of widgets and then click the + Add button to add them to the dashboard page. Each widget dynamically loads the content based on the logged in user's role.
Publish Changes Only: Click the Publish Changes Only button to apply the edits made to the dashboard and append the changes to the existing dashboard configurations of users. This does not overwrite the existing dashboard configurations of the users.
Dashboard changes by the network admin are logged in the Audit Log as "Dashboard published with changes only" for the "Dashboard" item type.
Impact of Publish Changes Only:
- A newly added widget by the network admin gets added to the end of the user dashboard (if the widget is not present).
- Edited widget (for example, settings changed via Set Properties) by the network admin gets updated on the user's dashboard (if the widget is present).
- Deleted widget by the network admin gets deleted from the user dashboard (if the widget is present).
- No layout changes will be made to the user's dashboard.
- Other widgets on the user dashboard will not be changed or removed.
Publish Full Dashboard: Click the Publish Full Dashboard button to apply the edits made to the dashboard and overwrite the existing dashboard settings of users.
Dashboard changes by the network admin are logged in the Audit Log.
Preview: Click to view the dashboard settings. When designing the web dashboard, real content in the widgets is also shown to help get a better picture of with both design & data. You can preview the dashboard before publishing for both web & mobile devices are available.
