Network admins can bulk import opportunities from a .csv file. To import opportunities, hover over the (More Options) button and then click Import Opportunities.
Only network admins can bulk import opportunities from a .csv file on the domain.
Click the Upload File button to browse and select the .csv file for import. You can download a sample .csv file for reference using the View sample format link.
Select the preferred import option.
Select the Skip existing Opportunities option to NOT update the existing opportunities that match in the .csv file.
Select the Update existing Opportunities option to overwrite the details of the existing opportunities from the .csv file.
Click the Import Now button to bulk import the opportunities on your domain.
Custom fields let you add additional data to files in MangoApps. You can create a field for deadlines, priority, cost, or anything else that’s important to your workflow, team, and company. For example, you can create a custom field for unique IDs as Opportunity ID and have choices as Yes and Rejected.
MangoApps provides the following field types for custom fields:
Single Line Text
Multiple Line Text
Multiple Choices (Multiple Selection)
Multiple Choices (Single Selection)
Calendar Lookup
In the Setup Custom Fields pop-up, click the New Custom Field button.
Enter the name for the new custom field in the Field Name text box. For example, enter Opportunity ID.
Select the type of the field from the drop-down list. For example, select Single Line Text from the drop-down list.
Click the Save button.
Click the Close button to exit the pop-up.
Custom fields can be mapped to external APIs for syncing data.
Deleting a custom field only removes the association of the field from the opportunity.
In the Setup Custom Fields pop-up, drag-and-drop the fields to re-order them.
To manage opportunity categories:
Click the + New Category button to create a new opportunity category.
Enter the name for the opportunity category and press ENTER or click anywhere on the screen. For example, enter Parent Category.
Right-click the new created category and then click the Add Subcategory option to add a new subcategory in the hierarchy.
Enter the name for the subcategory category and press ENTER or click anywhere on the screen. For example, enter Child 1 Category.
Right-click a opportunity category and then click the Rename option to rename it.
Right-click a opportunity category and then click the Delete option to delete it.
Click the Done button to save the opportunity categories.
Only network admins can create categories for opportunities on the domain.
Categories are displayed in the sort filters list in the CRM module.
Deleting a opportunity category only removes the association of the category from the opportunity and the associated opportunities become un-categorized.
To add a new custom field, hover over the (More Options) button and then click Setup Custom Fields to open the Setup Custom Fields pop-up:

In the Setup Custom Fields pop-up, click the(three dots) button for a field and then click Edit to edit the custom field.
Hover over the (More Options) button and then click Setup Custom Fields option to open the Setup Custom Fields pop-up.
In the Setup Custom Fields pop-up, click the(three dots) button for a field and then click Delete to delete the custom field.
Hover over the (More Options) button and then click Setup Custom Fields option to open the Setup Custom Fields pop-up.
Hover over the (More Options) button and then click Manage Categories to open the Manage Categories pop-up.
