Automatically converting text posts to speech
MangoApps lets you automatically convert company or team text posts into voice posts for your users. These voice posts can then be added as podcasts on your iPhone. Employees can subscribe to the podcasts via the Apple Podcast service or an RSS link.

Admin Portal > Domain > Voice
- 1.Enable text to speech conversion of posts: Mark this checkbox to automatically convert a company or team text post into a voice file which can be shared as a podcast. If enabled, adds a "Make post voice enabled" attribute in the Settings of a post. A post author can choose to turn the voice conversion OFF for a specific post.
- 2.Save: Click the Save button to apply and save the voice configuration setting.
The Voice feature is currently available ONLY for US & EU (shared and private cloud) customers.
Voice-enabled posts display a Listen (
) icon. Users can click the Listen (
) button to open an inline audio player and listen to a post.

When a voice-enabled post is edited the post text is re-converted into a voice file.
When a voice-enabled post is deleted the voice file for the post is also deleted.
When a voice-enabled post is edited and a user un-checks the "Mark post voice enabled" attribute in the Settings, the earlier present voice file if present is deleted .
Users can go to User Portal profile drop-down > Change My Settings > Voice to configure the settings for voice-enabled posts. Users can set the language in the "Select Language and Region" drop-down and choose a voice in the "Select Voice" drop-down for the posts.
