This feature is no longer supported.

Overview

The Activities tabs give you a snapshot of user engagement using messages in MangoApps. You can narrow the reporting down to get just the information you need.

Messages

  1. Date Range: Set desired date range to generate messages use chart

  2. User/Team Filter: Filter by all users, a specific team, or a single user

  3. Platform: Filter by platform. You can filter by Android, Email, iPad, iPhone, Web, or Windows Desktop

  4. Reset/Generate: Reset settings to their default or generate the graph

  5. Report: Graph showing Messages use based upon filters inputted

Chat/IM

  1. Date: Set desired date range to general Char usage chart

  2. User/Team Filter: Filter by all users, a specific team, or a single users

  3. Platform: Filter by platform. You can filter by Android, Email, iPad, iPhone, Web, or Windows Desktop

  4. Reset/Generate: Reset settings to the default or generate the graph

  5. Team Chat: Graph of number of team chat messages set during a set time period

  6. Private Chat: Graph of number of private chat messages set during a set time period

  7. Files: Graph of number of files shared during a set time period

Team Activity

  1. Team: Select the team to generate the report for

  2. Date Range: Select the desired date range for the report

  3. Reports For: Select if you need the report to generate number of reads, likes, or comments

  4. Top Results: Select if you would like the report to generate the top 10, 20, 50, or 100 results

  5. Reset/Download: Reset settings to default or generate and down the report

FAQs

Can any user view & download the Activities analytics?

No, only admin users can view & download the Activities analytics, unless the site admin has granted view rights to all network users. If access has been granted to non-admin users, guest users will NOT be able to view the analytics.
