Network and recognition administrators have access to a centralized view that provides comprehensive information about the redemption of reward points. This view includes details of all orders made to redeem reward points and a list of users who have redeemable reward points.
In this centralized view, administrators have various sorting options, such as order ID, date, user, and amount, making it easy to organize and analyze the data efficiently. Moreover, from this view, administrators can resend the secure code, link, and instructions for gift cards to a specified email address, ensuring that recipients securely receive their card details.
Additionally, administrators have the capability to redeem available gift points directly on behalf of another user through this centralized view. It also provides a search function to locate specific orders or user names, offering a convenient way to find specific information within the system.
There are 2 way to view information in this section: By Order and By User. Each view offers a couple of unique menu options.
In this view, you have the added options of resending the Reward Helper message and sending a redemption confirmation message to an email address that is not registered within your domain.
Search by order id or user name: Enter the name of a user or the redemption order id in the search box to filter the list of users who have redeemed points.
Show by Timeframe: This option allows you to filter values in the table by the current year, previous years, or all points in time for your domain.
Central Data Table: Each column in the table can be selected to sort data alphabetically or numerically.
ID: This is the unique order ID assigned upon redemption.
Date: This shows the date the redemption was successful. This does not reflect the date an eGift Card has been used.
Value: This column reflects the value of the eGift Card or Donation made along with the equivalent point value.
Value (USD): This column reflects the equivalent point redemption to the selected currency.
Gift Item: This field lists the catalog item for which points were redeemed.
Data Source: This column lists to which data source or custom data source the redeemed item belongs.
Shipping Address: This column displays whether the redemption requires a shipping address to be provided. If Yes, a tooltip will appear next to the indicator with the input address.
Redeemed by: This column displays the name of the registered user who redeemed the points or the user redeeming the points on behalf of another user.
3-Dot Action menu: Click the 3-Dot menu for additional options relating to the indicated entry.
The Resend Message option will re-generate the Reward Helper message, including redemption information, and send it to the user who initially redeemed their reward points.
The Send to Email Address option allows you to send an email to a specified email address, providing them with the redemption information.
In this view, you have the additional options of redeeming reward points on behalf of a user and the ability to view their complete redemption history.
Search by name: Enter the name of a user in the search box to quickly search for a particular user.
Show by Timeframe: This option allows you to filter values in the table by the current year, previous years, or all points in time for your domain.
Central Data Table: Each column in the table can be selected to sort data alphabetically or numerically.
Name: This column displays the names of users within the MangoApps domain. The list will populate even if no points have been redeemed yet, and users who have redeemed all of their remaining reward points will still be included. Only network users who have earned reward points will appear on the list.
Total Reward Points: This column shows the total of spent and unspent rewards points earned by the user.
Reward Points Redeemed: This column shows the total points that have been redeemed by the user.
Remaining Reward Points: This column reflects the remaining points balance for a user.
User Status: This column reflects the activity status of a user within the domain. Rewards points will still be active and useable by an admin for a user that has been Deactivated. Deleted users will be removed from the list, even if they have remaining rewards points.
3 -Dot Action Menu: Click the 3-Dot menu for additional options relating to the indicated entry.
The Redeem Reward Points allows admins to redeem points on behalf of a specific user. This feature can be used in conjunction with the ability to send reward redemption messages to an email address outside of the registered domain. This can be particularly useful in cases where a user cannot access their account, such as when their account has been deactivated.
The View Order History option allows admins to view the full redemption history of a single user in one convenient location.
Selecting multiple users will bring up the bulk actions menu at the top of the table.
From this menu, admins can assign or remove reward points to multiple users at once. The option also exists to Record External Redemptions for the selected user(s).
From the pop-up menu, verify the users from whom rewards points will be marked as redeemed. Designate the number of rewards points to be removed and, optionally, include a message to notify the selected users that this action has occurred. Upon completion of this redemption, the designated number of rewards points will be removed from the user's Points Remaining and added to their Points Redeemed tally.
From the History Tools dropdown menu, admins have the option to import and export redemption history information.
Similar to importing Rewards Points Allocations, to import User History, your spreadsheet must include the following columns: Email Address/Employee ID, Rewards points, Action (ADD or REMOVE). A sample template is available for download if needed.
MangoApps allows for the export of both View: By User and View: By Order in one .xls file. When exported, the resulting file will include information for each of these views in two sheets.
A more detailed report on recognitions/awards is available, including the reward points given and redeemed, a Top 5 Awardees chart, and summary data. You can find this report in the Reports module of the Admin Portal.
