Network admins have control over the information displayed on each media card in the Media Library, making it easier for users to view relevant details at a glance.
Media cards can display up to five fields, which include both system-defined and custom fields. This customization feature helps ensure that the media library is user-friendly and organized according to your organization's needs.
The Media Library settings include a list of fields that shows both system fields and any custom fields created in the Files module.
Mark the checkbox next to each field you want to display on the media card.
A maximum of five fields can be selected.
Once fields have selected/de-selected, the Media Card Preview section along the right hand side of the screen provides a real-time view of how the card will appear on the User Portal.
The preview updates instantly as you add or remove fields, allowing you to adjust the layout for the best visual presentation.
Customizing media card fields allows you to enhance the user experience, giving your team quick access to important details for each media asset.
