Network admins can choose to redirect users to a dedicated help site when they click the Help Center menu item OR display various options within Help Center page on the User Portal.
To hide the Help Center page and redirect the user directly to a dedicated help site:
Mark the check box to enable the option to redirect the users to the specified URL when they click the Help Center menu item on the User Portal.
Enter the URL for the menu page. You can choose to add a URL to an external LMS, GitBook space, etc.
Click the Save button to apply the settings to the Help Center menu page.
Enabling and disabling the dedicated help site option, resets the Help menu page URL.

Toggle bar: Click the toggle bar for the menu item to show/hide it within the Help Center page.
+ Add Custom Menu Item: Click the + Add Custom Menu Item link to create a new menu item within the Help Center page.
To add a new menu item for all user on the domain within the Help Center page:
Click the + Add Custom Menu Item link.
Enter a label for the menu item in the Menu Item Label text box. For example, enter User Guide in the text box.
Select a icon for the menu item from the icon slider.
Enter the URL for redirection in the URL text box.
Select the target window for the URL redirection.
Click the Save button to add the new menu item in the Help Center page.
You can edit/delete custom menu items only.
MangoAcademy provides the following out-of-the-box options in the Help Center page:
Mango Academy : Redirects the user to the training & webinar videos section.
Onboarding Guide : Redirects to the MangoApps Onborading website which contains the user guide and admin guide help articles.
Latest Release Notes : Redirects to the release notes repository for MangoApps.
Report a Problem : Displays a pop-up where users can send information about bugs/problems they run into when using MangoApps. The message is sent to the email address specified in the Support Email ID option in the Email Configurations.
Report Translation Issues : Displays a pop-up where users can send information about label and content translations issues they run into when using MangoApps. The message is sent to the email address specified in the Support Email ID option in the Email Configurations.
Send Feedback : Displays a pop-up where users can feedback and kudos to the MangoApps team. The message is sent to the email address specified in the Feedback Email ID option in the Email Configurations.
FAQs: Redirects to the MangoApps Help website which contains the help articles to all teh MangoApps modules and features.
Chat Support : Displays a pop-up that lets users start a live chat with the MangoApps Customer Support team. For more details on ongoing support, click here.
Setup Wizard : Redirects to the MangoApps setup wizard configured in the Getting Started settings in Domain Setup.
About MangoApps : Displays information about the MangoApps platform, App Server Version, and Messaging Server Version.
