My Recordings Module Toolbar

The My Recordings module provides a convenient place to manage your videos and screenshots. The interface offers various views and options to help you organize, share, and analyze your recordings effectively.
The My Recordings section is split into different tabs to make it easier to navigate and find your content:
All: View all videos and screenshots you have created or uploaded.
Videos: View only the videos you have created or downloaded.
Screenshots: View only the screenshots you have created or downloaded.
Users can switch between two different views to better manage their recordings:
Grid View: Displays videos and screenshots in a grid format, showing thumbnails for quick recognition.
List View: Displays detailed information about each recording, such as file names, dates, and permissions.
Use the module Search bar to quickly find recordings using names or hashtags.
From the New dropdown menu, users have the option to upload screenshot and video files to the module, or access the Mango Recorder App.
From this menu, users have the following options:
Upload Video: Click to upload an existing video to My Recordings.
Record Video: Click to start recording a new video using the Mango Recorder App.
Upload Screenshot: Click to upload an existing screenshot to My Recordings.
Capture Screenshot: Click to capture a new screenshot using the Mango Recorder App.
If a user has not already downloaded the Mango Recorder App, they will be navigated to the Downloads module.
This menu allows users to access the module permission settings and export options.
Settings: Access and modify your privacy and upload settings.
Export: Download insights or export recordings for further analysis.
Videos and screenshots uploaded to My Recordings have customizable privacy settings. By default, all uploads are set to the Everyone permission level, but this can be changed to align with the users wishes.
The available permission levels are:
Only You: The recording is only visible to you, the creator.
Everyone: All authenticated network users can view the recording. A login to the domain is required.
Public: Anyone with the public link can view the recording, without needing to log in.
Changing privacy settings will affect the permissions of all existing recordings, not just new ones.
Users can adjust the privacy of individual recordings at any time to make them more private or more open.
Users can view key insights and analytics for their recordings. Insights are available for both videos and screenshots and include the following:
Video Duration: Total length of video recordings.
Total Views: The total number of views for a recording.
Unique Views: The number of unique users who have viewed the recording.
Downloads: The number of times the recording has been downloaded.
Reactions: The total number of reactions received for the recording. Users can react by clicking the thumbs up icon in the upper right hand corner of the file viewer after clicking the recording or accessing its link.
Pinned: The number of times a recording has been pinned.
Has CTA: Applies to video recordings only. This section will indicate yes or no to whether the video file has a call to action button setup.
CTA Clicks: Applies to video recordings only. The number of times the call-to-action button (if available) has been clicked.
These insights are available for export as an .xls file.
