# Widget Gallery
### Overview
The **Widget Gallery** is a collection of user-friendly pre-built widgets designed with you in mind. It serves as a convenient starting point for finding our most popular widgets. Use the Gallery to easily create and add new widgets to your **Home** module.

### Add a Widget
To add a widget to **Home**, simply scroll through the available options and click on the **+Add** button. If a widget has already been added, you will see :heavy\_check\_mark:**Added** in the bottom right corner of its box. You can add multiple instances of several widgets to Home. When a new Widget is added, it will appear at the bottom of the page.
The system allows for duplication of the following widgets:

Once added, a widget can be resized.
The admin default layout for widgets can be returned to at anytime by clicking the **Restore to Domain Admin Defaults** button next to the **Widget Gallery** button.
Can't find the widget you are looking for? Use the search tool to locate it.
To find a specific widget, click on the **Quick Search** box and type in either the widget's name or relevant keywords. For instance, if you're looking for a widget related to GoToMeeting, type 'GoToMeeting' in the search box. The search engine will display only the widgets that match your search criteria.

These widgets are the most frequently used and recommended for all office settings.
* **Events:** This widget provides a list of events that you are attending, events that you may attend, and events to which you have been invited.

* **Colleagues I Follow:** This widget displays a list of colleagues you follow.
* **Invite Colleagues:** This widget can be used to invite new colleagues into your network. You can also view the status of your sent invites.
* **MangoApps Resources:** This widget provides a handy list of links to MangoApps help resources such as training videos, the help center, and more. You can easily customize the content of this widget from within the widget itself. Get the support you need to make the most of MangoApps with this convenient Help Resources widget.
* **Group Suggestions:** This widget gives suggestions about active groups you may want to join.

* **Office 365 App Links:** Display shortcuts for all the Office 365 Apps.
* **One Drive:** This widget gives a list of folders and files in OneDrive
* **Outlook Calendar:** With this widget you can easily access your outlook calendar.
* **Outlook Mail:** Stay on top of your email with this widget, which provides easy and convenient access to your Outlook inbox. You can also access your drafts and sent emails directly from the widget, making it easy to manage your correspondence on-the-go.
* **Outlook Tasks:** This widget gives you easy and convenient access to your pending Outlook tasks. Once marked completed in the widget, it will update in Microsoft Outlook as well.

* **Admin Portal Shortcut:** Conveniently access the Admin Portal from this widget to control and manage your domain. Admins can display this widget on their Home to quickly enter the Admin-Only side of your MangoApps network. Here, adjust settings, add or remove members, create templates, set branding, and more.
* **Action Center:** The Action Center is where you can take action on your pending tasks, such as completing compliance training or obtaining recertification. As a manager, you can also view the pending and completed tasks of your direct reports. Additionally, the Action Center includes built-in reminders to help you stay on top of important tasks.
* **Admin Portal Shortcut:** If you're a network administrator, this widget serves as a shortcut to the admin portal, where you have complete control over the management and administration of your network.
* **All Ideas Summary:** This widget gives a bird's-eye view of where ideas are in the different idea life cycle stages.

### Moving Widgets
Once you have added widgets, you can move them around in a layout that best suits your needs. To do this, simply drag and drop them.

### Filtering Widgets
Some widgets allow you to filter their content.
To filter a widget, hover over the top bar of the widget and select the funnel icon. The following widgets can be filtered:

### Delete Widgets
You can remove widgets that you have added to Home.
Slick on the 3-dot menu for the widget you want to delete and select **Remove**.

Administrators can load widgets onto your Home that are locked. These widgets cannot be removed or modified.

### Customizing Widget Headers
Admins with appropriate permissions — **Network Admins** (for the Home Module), **Intranet Admins**, and **Team Admins** — can customize widget headers to enhance visual branding and clarity on the dashboard.
To access the Widget Properties, hover over the widget you want to customize on your dashboard. Click the **3-dot (kebab) menu** in the widget's top-right corner. Select **Set Properties** from the dropdown menu.
#### Header Image Settings
In the **Set Properties** pop-up window, the following customization options are available:
* **Title:** Displays the widget’s title (or toggle it off with the switch).
* **Visibility:** Set whether everyone or set user segments can see the widget.
**Uploading Header Images**
You can upload separate images for different widget layouts. Uploaded images should meet or exceed the [size recommendations for optimal display quality](https://guides.mangoapps.com/admin-guide/branding/image-recommendations#widget-header-images).
**Header Fill Image**
Choose how the image is filled within the header area:
* **Left:** Image is anchored and filled from the top-left corner.
* **Center:** Image is anchored and filled from the center.

#### **Can I create my own widget?**
While it is limited, you have the option to use the iFrame widget or Rich Text widget to create content in HTML or Javascript and display iFrames of other sites. However, for more advanced customizations, please feel free to reach out to our development team!
