My Recordings Module Toolbar
Overview
My Recordings have a consolidated 'All' tab for both videos & screenshots recorded by the user. Videos & Screenshots tab are filtered views of the user's recordings. My Recordings module on the web can be viewed in 2 ways - grid & list views.
Here you will see:
All: You can view all the videos and screenshots here.
Videos: You can view the list of videos created or downloaded here.
Screenshot: You can view the list of screenshots created or downloaded here.
Grid View: You can view the list of videos and screenshots in the grid view.
List view: details of video and screenshots given in the list form.

Upload Video: Click to upload the created video.
Record Video: Click to record the video.
Upload Screenshot: Click to upload the screenshot.
Capture screenshot: Click to capture the screenshot.

Settings
Uploader gets a secure internal link, or a public link based on their default privacy share settings
Video recordings & screenshots captured support the following levels of default permissions out of the box.
Only You
Will be visible to the creator of the video / screenshot.
Everyone
All authenticated network users will be able to view the video / screenshot.
Login to the domain is required to view the video / screenshot. Public
Public
Anyone with a public link can view the video / screenshot.
No login into the network is required.
When default privacy settings are changed by the user, the permissions get changed for all the existing videos / screenshots in the user's My recordings.
Out-of-the-box the default privacy for all users will be 'Everyone'.
Individual permissions on a specific video / screenshot can also be changed to be more private or more open as per the need.
When a new video / screenshot is added to My Recordings, they automatically inherit the current default privacy settings of the users.
Export Insights
Creators of video & screenshots can get insights on their shared recordings.
These insights include, for each of the recordings, the key insights include:
Video duration: For each video recording time of the video.
Views: Total views for each recording.
Unique Views: Unique users who have viewed the recording.
Downloads: Total downloads for each recording.
Reactions: Total reactions received for each recording.
Pinned: Total number of times each recording has been pinned.
CTA clicks: Total number of times the call-to-action button (if present) has been clicked for each recording.
These insights can be downloaded in a .xls file for further analysis.
