# Digests

### Scheduled Digests

Scheduled digests gives you a synopsis of your notifications.

From your **Change My Settings** screen, select the **Scheduled Digests** from the left hand side menu.

Next select the frequency of digests you want for the different digests. You can select:

* Never
* Daily 
* Weekly

You can select to receive digests about:

* Network summary
* Tasks summary
* Posts Summary
* Unread Chats

Once you have made your selections, click on **Save Settings**.

Network summary emails are sent at **23:30 Hrs UTC +5:30**.
