Allow your employees to review and keep track of their schedules


Schedule module allows employees to see their work schedule for current & upcoming weeks, get a full schedule of the store / factory they work in and the actual hours they worked in the week gone by – all on your Intranet.
To navigate to the Schedules page, select Schedules from the left-hand side navigation bar.

    Store Schedule- See all employee schedules for a given time period

    My Schedule- See your schedule for a given time period

    Actual Hours- See your actual hours worked during a given time period

    Entitlements- See your entitlement balances, like vacation hours

    Tools- Access the tool menu. This menu allows you to:

      Generate a PDF of the report you are viewing
    2. 2.
      Copy a link of the page for sharing

    Date Range- Select the date range you wish to view
The system automatically updates from your linked scheduling system. You can also click the refresh (
) to request the system to check for updates.

User Schedules UI

Users have the ability to view the start time, end time, and duration of their current and upcoming week shifts.
Users can access additional details by selecting a specific shift, including the scheduled break times. The availability of viewing all shifts at their location depends on the settings configured by the admin.
The system supports multi-day shifts, meaning that if a shift spans over two days, the details will display both dates for that particular shift. Additionally, the shift and break times are presented in the user's preferred locale, ensuring a localized experience.
The Schedules UI provides the convenient feature of messaging co-workers directly. Users can easily send messages to their colleagues by clicking on their names and using the office card functionality. This messaging capability is available on both the web interface and the mobile app, allowing seamless communication from the Schedules module.
