### Selecting the Right Workspace

There is no wrong answer when selecting a workspace type, as Groups and Projects share the same features and customization options. Deciding on the right workspace can depend on whether your priority is fostering engagement and communication or managing focused, task-driven initiatives with clear milestones.

**Groups** were designed with communication and community-building in mind, bringing together employees based on roles, locations, or shared interests. For example: Chicago Office, Berlin Office, Book Club, Cooking Club, Regional Managers, Sales Team, etc.

**Projects** focus on structured collaboration, making them ideal for short-term initiatives, working with external partners, and maintaining project knowledge over time. For example: Audit Tracking, Company Branding Initiative, Disaster Planning, etc.
