Page Management
Overview
Edit the Page: Open the Tools menu and click âEdit Current Pageâ to modify the content, layout, or structure of the page.
Get Page Link: Share a page with team members via a unique link.
View Page Versions: See the history of changes made to a page and revert to earlier versions if needed.
Archive/Delete Page: Archive or delete pages that are no longer relevant. However, the homepage canât be deleted until another page is designated as the new home page.
Set Home Page: Set any page as the company homepage.
Create a Page in a New Language: Choose a new language from the dropdown to make the page multilingual.
Duplicate a Page: Quickly duplicate a page for similar uses.
Manage Page Governance: Automate governance for specific pages.
Re-order Pages: Use the drag-and-drop feature to manage the display order of pages.
View Drafts and Archived Pages: Access page drafts or view archived pages anytime.
Admin Settings for Pages
Admins have access to a range of settings to fine-tune how company pages are managed and displayed:
Show Company Banner: Enable or disable a banner at the top of the page, with the option to include a company logo or icon.
Post Visibility Settings: Adjust settings to display posts from users (both admin and non-admin), public departments, public groups, or public projects.
Widget Options: Add widgets for announcements, must-read posts, podcasts, or other dynamic content to keep pages interactive and up-to-date.
Post Management Features
Post Views: View total post views and engagement metrics.
Read Time Information: Display an estimated read time for users viewing the post.
External App Integration: Allow posts to be integrated into external apps like Apple Podcasts or SMS notifications for post alerts.
Commenting Options: Enable comments for interactive feedback and discussions on posts.
