# ADP Workforce Now Widget

### Overview <a href="#toc109824427" id="toc109824427"></a>

The **ADP Workforce Now® Virtual Assistant** widget makes it easy for employees to access key payroll and scheduling information directly from MangoApps. With quick access to **pay stubs**, **time-off balances**, and **work shifts**, users can stay informed and connected without needing to switch platforms.

### Add the Widget

To add the ADP Workforce Now® Virtual Assistant widget to your Home Module, dashboard, or other location, start by navigating to the desired page and opening the **Widget Gallery**.

This will open the **Add Web Widget** pop-up window.&#x20;

In this window, go to the **Integration** section and find **ADP Workforce Now® Virtual Assistant**. Click **+Add** to insert the widget into your layout, then click **Done** to confirm.&#x20;

Once the widget is added, you can freely move it around to customize your layout. Position it in a spot that makes it easily visible and accessible for your daily workflow.

### Where the Widget Can Be Used

The ADP Virtual Assistant widget can be added to:

* **Home Module**
* **Company Pages**
* **Team and workspace Pages**

### Features Available in the Widget

The widget provides quick access to the following ADP Workforce Now® tools:

* **My Pay** – View your latest pay stubs
* **My Time Off** – Check your current time-off balance
* **My Shifts** – Review your upcoming work shifts

### User Requirements

To use the widget, the user must be an **ADP Workforce Now® worker** with proper access rights configured through your organization’s ADP integration settings.
