# Workday Widget

### Overview

The **Workday Virtual Assistant** widget in MangoApps offers a convenient way for employees to access their pay and time-off information without leaving the platform. Designed for both frontline and office workers, this integration brings essential HR data directly into the user's Home module or or other page. With quick-access buttons for viewing pay stubs and checking time-off balances, the widget enhances the employee experience by reducing the need to switch between systems.

### Adding the Widget

To add the **Workday Virtual Assistant** widget to your Home module or other page in MangoApps, begin by navigating to your **Home** or page and click on the **Edit** tool. In the edit menu, click the **Widget Gallery** button.

This will open the **Add Web Widgets** pop-up menu. From the left-hand menu, select the **Integration** category, then locate the **Workday Virtual Assistant** widget.&#x20;

Once you locate the widget, click **+Add** to insert it into your layout. After it’s been added, click **Done** to return to your dashboard.

The widget will now appear on your page, providing easy access to two key options: **My Pay** and **My Time Off**. These buttons allow you to view your latest pay statement and check your available time-off balance without needing to leave MangoApps. You can also reposition the widget within your layout to make it more prominent or better aligned with your other dashboard elements.
