AI Studio Insights

Overview

This is where administrators can view and interact with summary metrics data and session-level insights. Admins can narrow down their insights view by filtering for specific AI Assistants they’ve created or choosing a date range.


Summary

Administrators can view two high-level metrics to monitor AI service usage:

  1. Total sessions: The total number of times a conversation was initiated with AI Assistants within a given time period.

  2. Total unique users: Unique number of users who initiated a conversation with an AI Assistant within a given time period.

These metrics are then mapped on a graph to view trend analytics over a chosen time period.

User and Session Trend graphs are updated at the end of each day.


Session Insights

Admins can click the Session Insights tab to get a granular view of specific interactions between users and AI Assistants in the domain. Each session is logged with its date and time of initiation, user, and any session feedback provided by the user.

Click the arrow button when hovering over an entry to view the full conversation history, including any files uploaded by the user.

Admins will also have the option to download a .csv file providing full session history with the following columns:

  • Source (Name of AI Assistant)

  • Model (The AI Assistant’s associated AI Service Provider)

  • User

  • Role

  • Office Location

  • Department

  • Organization

  • Session Date/Time

  • Session ID

  • Session Feedback

If no session feedback was provided by the user, the field will remain blank.
