# Out of the Box AI Agents

### **Overview**

MangoApps provides four Out of the Box agents, each catering to distinct functionalities for utilization.

### **Content Evaluation Agent**

This agent assess and personalize content, including rating and prioritizing information, analyzing emotional tones and sentiments, etc.

**Default Prompts:**

* **Auto-Approve** - This prompt includes instructions to automatically approve content based on predefined criteria.
* **Emotion Detection** - This prompt includes instructions to identify specific emotions expressed in the text for a deeper understanding.
* **Personalization** - This prompt includes instructions to enable the agent to tailor content and tasks based on information within individual user profiles.
* **Prioritize** - This prompt includes instructions to determine the significance or priority of items.
* **Rate** - This prompt includes instructions to assign a numerical or qualitative score to assess quality or performance

**Use Cases:**

* **Internal Communication**: The agent evaluates employee feedback on intranet posts or announcements, prioritizing messages that resonate emotionally and require immediate attention.
* **Knowledge Base Management**: The agent rates and prioritizes knowledge articles based on their relevance, helping employees quickly find critical information.
* **Employee Surveys**: The agent analyzes survey responses to detect emotional sentiment and prioritize issues that need immediate action or resolution.

### **Data Analysis Agent**

This agent analyzes and organizes data, identifying trends and ensuring consistency.

**Default Prompts:**

* **Categorization** - This prompt includes instructions to automatically assign categories or tags for organization.
* **Data Validation** - This prompt includes instructions to ensure data conforms to accuracy and defined consistency standards.
* **Extract** - This prompt includes instructions to pull specific data or information from content.
* **Link Extraction** - This prompt includes instructions to pull out URLs or references from text content.
* **Rank Order** - This prompt includes instructions for an agent to arrange items in order based on user specified criteria.
* **Data Cleansing** - This prompt includes instructions to standardize and clean data entries by formatting them consistently and correcting common errors.

**Use Cases:**

* **Employee Directory Management**: The agent validates and standardizes employee records, removing duplicates and correcting inconsistencies in titles, departments, or contact details.
* **Internal Reporting**: The agent extracts and categorizes data from team reports, organizing trends and insights for management dashboards.
* **Document Organization**: The agent categorizes large volumes of uploaded documents (e.g., meeting minutes, reports, project files) and ensures tags align with intranet taxonomy.
* **IT Asset Management**: The agent validates IT asset data to ensure accuracy and consistency in hardware/software inventory tracking.

* **Action Item** - This prompt includes instructions to identify and list actionable tasks from text.
* **Brand Voice** - This prompt includes instructions to adapt a piece of text to follow a specific brand voice and standard as defined by the user.
* **Expand** - This prompt includes instructions to elaborate on brief text to add more detail.
* **Full Post** - This prompt includes instructions to construct complete articles or posts from prompts or outlines as defined by the user.
* **Headline** - This prompt includes instructions to generate concise and engaging titles for content.
* **Outline** - This prompt includes instructions to create a structured summary of main ideas following an example outline defined by the user.
* **Proofread** - This prompt includes instructions to check and correct grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors.
* **Summarize** - This prompt includes instructions to condense text to highlight key points.
* **Taskify** - This prompt includes instructions to convert text into structured tasks with actionable steps as defined by the user.

**Use Cases:**

* **Meeting Summaries**: The agent converts meeting notes into concise summaries and action items, ensuring teams have clear follow-up tasks.
* **Internal Blog Posts**: The agent transforms rough ideas or outlines into full blog posts for the company's intranet, adhering to the organization's tone and style guidelines.
