Collaboration on wikis is a way for teams to share knowledge, document processes, and work together effectively. In MangoApps, team members can easily collaborate by adding comments, editing wiki content, and viewing related materials.
Team members can leave comments on any wiki page. Use the @mention
feature to notify a specific user, prompting them to review or take action on your comment.
MangoApps automatically manages version control for wikis. Each time a user edits a wiki, a new version is created, and a feed with a link to the latest published version is displayed. You can track changes by clicking the View Updates link, which opens the wiki in Page Version Comparison mode to highlight differences between versions.
If the wiki has any sub-wikis (limited to one level), you’ll see a list of them connected to the selected wiki. This helps you navigate through related topics easily.
Wikis in MangoApps can have various types of related content. The Related Content tab lists media files, posts, other wikis, quizzes, surveys, forms, and trackers added via the Add More Items feature.
Admins can enable or disable collaboration features such as comments and related content from the Wiki Properties menu. This provides flexibility in customizing how teams interact with the content.
Yes, guest users CAN edit and collaborate on Wikis in MangoApps. MangoApps tracks the changes with full revision control for compliance, comparison, and rollback.
