The Libraries module in MangoApps is designed to help users quickly and easily access company files, forms, documents, and other resources without having to search across multiple platforms. Users can keep all essential resources in one place, allowing for focus on work and less on locating documents.
Use the Search in Libraries field at the top to quickly find any file or document by name.
The Libraries module provides categories for items by displaying them in different sections. Each category can be expanded by clicking on the down arrow beside it, showing subcategories and available resources.
Inside each library category will be a list of items (files, documents, forms, etc.). To open an item, simply click on its name.
Each item includes a three-dot menu with a Copy Link option. Clicking Copy Link generates a direct link to the item, which can be shared with other network users. Recipients must be logged into the domain to access the linked item.
Users cannot upload to, delete, or edit library items unless they have specific permissions granted by the network administrator.
