MangoApps Campaigns serve as a vital tool for delivering timely and relevant news via email or SMS, facilitating streamlined communication within organizations. Internal communication teams harness campaigns to craft engaging employee communications tailored to specific user groups, reducing email clutter and fostering higher engagement rates. With built-in campaign tracking, communication teams access valuable data and metrics to refine their strategies and showcase the effectiveness of their campaigns.
This module is not intended for every user's navigation menu. We recommend adding it to the navigation menus for the following user segments and designations:
Training and Onboarding admins
Compliance and Legal teams
Internal Communications teams
Employee Engagement admins
Title: Displays the name assigned to the Campaign along with information on when the campaign was originally sent.
Status: Indicates the current status of a Campaign, whether it's in Draft, In Progress, Scheduled, or Sent.
Target Audience: Shows the intended recipients of the Campaign.
Category: Specifies the category to which the Campaign belongs, aiding in organization and sorting.
Channel: Identifies the medium through which the Campaign details are disseminated, be it email, SMS, or both.
Last Updated: Displays the date and time of the last update made to the campaign.
Sent: Reflects the total number of unique users to whom the campaign was sent.
Delivered: Shows the total number of unique users who successfully received the campaign. For dual-channel delivery, this count is unique, ensuring accurate metrics.
Unique Opens: Indicates the total number of distinct users who opened the campaign, regardless of the delivery channel.
Unique Clicks: Displays the total number of unique users who interacted with the campaign's call-to-action button.
Clicking any column header will perform a sort of the data in the table.

Owner: Displays the owner (not necessarily the creator) of the Campaign Series. A user who has permission to create & manage campaigns can be selected as an owner.
Total Enrollments: Indicates the total number of user enrollments to the series campaign.
Total Unique Opens: Indicates the total number of distinct users who opened the campaign, regardless of the delivery channel.
Total Unique Clicks: Displays the total number of unique users who interacted with the campaign's call-to-action button.
While end users can view the contents of single send campaigns by clicking on their title, they cannot view series campaigns in this manner.
App installation is not required to access campaign messages. Users can read the entire campaign message via email or SMS without the need for the MangoApps mobile app or web login.
For SMS campaigns, users receive personalized SMS texts containing a short URL. Clicking on this URL directs users to a mobile-responsive campaign page, accessible via their mobile browser.
Each recipient receives a unique and personalized link to access the message, facilitating precise tracking of engagement.
