Quick Access

This quick access list is automatically ordered by most recently accessed items on top. You can make some items in your quick access list stick on the top always by pinning them.

The following items can appear in the quick access list:

• Company and Team Post

• Company and Team Page

• Wiki

• Team (Project, Group, Department, Opportunity)

• User Profile

• Event

• File

• Task

• Tracker

• Quiz

• Survey

• Idea

• Campaign

• Hashtag

1. History: This menu option contains all your most recently accessed items and pages. You can clear this display at any time, by selecting History and then clicking on Clear.

• An item can be pinned from the history list which adds it to the ‘Pinned’ list of items

• History keeps a max of 100 items. You can clear your history at anytime

• News feeds, chats & messages have been excluded and they do not show up in history

2. Pinned: All items, pages, and team you have pinned will appear on this list. You can unpin an item from here by hovering over it, and selecting Unpin. Your Pinned list shows a max of 300 items.

You can make some items in your quick access list stick on the top always by starring them. Hover over the one you want to mark to top.
