AI Admin Role

Overview

Admins can define access permission to the AI Studio module settings by assigning specific users as AI Studio Admins. This can be accomplished in Admin Portal > Users > Admin Roles

From within the module, click Add Admin Role along the left hand menu.

Name the new Admin Role and set the permissions. For additional information on admin roles, click here.

When granted AI Studio Admin permissions, the Admin will be able to:

1. View Insights on AI Assistant activity

2. Create, edit, enable/disable, and delete AI Assistants

3. Manage new and existing connections to external AI Service Providers
