Recommendation to increase engagement

Network admins may get the following recommendations based on the domain's setting & activities done by network admins :
Add news feed module to all user's navigation if it's not added.
Turn on social advocacy module if it's not enabled in the domain.
Turn on levels & badges module if it's not enabled in the domain.
To do a survey, if no survey has been done in the last 30 days.
To use the new hero view of posts, on the landing page if it's not to be used.
To add the out-of-the-box company page for departments, if it's not been added.
Any network admin can choose to follow the recommendation by taking the recommended action.
If the network admin declines a recommendation, then that recommendation is not made to any network admin again (declined recommendations are still accessible from the network's declined list).
If the news feed module is not turned on in the "Default Network Users Navigation" in the domain, then all admins get this recommendation.
Clicking on "Setup navigation" will take the admin to the navigation module and select "Default Network Users Navigation". Admins can set up the News Feeds to appear in the navigation.
If any domain admin clicks on "Decline" then this recommendation is moved to declined state, removed from this tab and moved to declined recommendations tab for all domain admins (one copy for all domain admins).
If in the social advocacy module, both settings are OFF – then admins gets this recommendation.
Clicking on "Setup social advocacy" will take the admin to the social advocacy module in the admin portal.
If any domain admin clicks on "Decline" then this recommendation is moved to declined state, removed from this tab and moved to declined recommendations tab for all domain admins (one copy for all domain admins).
If levels & badges module is OFF - all domain admins gets this recommendation.
Clicking on "Setup levels & badges" will take the admin to the Modules list page in admin portal.
If any domain admin clicks on "Decline" then this recommendation is move to declined state, removed from this tab and moved to declined recommendations tab for all domain admins (one copy for all domain admins).
If there are "zero published surveys in the domain" or there is "no survey published in the last > 30 days", then domain admins get this recommendation.
Clicking on "Create a survey" will take the admin user to the survey's module in the user portal.
If any domain admin clicks on "Decline" then this recommendation is moved to declined state, removed from this tab.
If the landing page set up for the "Default Network Users Navigation" in the domain is either company or admin copy of dashboard - all domain admins gets recommendation.
Clicking on "Setup Post Widget" will take the admin user to either the admin copy of dashboard or company page - whichever is the landing page of the domain.
If any domain admin clicks on "Decline" then this recommendation is move to declined state, removed from this tab and moved to declined recommendations tab for all domain admins (one copy for all domain admins).
If the company module is present in the "Default Network Users Navigation" in the domain and the "Departments" system page is Turned Off in the navigation – then all domain admins get this recommendation.
Clicking on "Setup Company Navigation" will take the admin user to the company module in the user Portal.
If any domain admin clicks on "Decline" then this recommendation is move to declined state, removed from this tab and moved to declined recommendations tab for all domain admins (one copy for all domain admins).
