Rejected List

Emails sent from (outgoing) and sent into (incoming) MangoApps that were rejected or bounced.

Overview

The Rejected List displays all external emails that were rejected by the user's email service.

Admin Portal>Email>Rejected List

1. Photo: If the user has a picture in the system it will display here

2. User Name: User Name in the system for the user with the rejected email

3. Email Address: Email address associated with the user

4. Inbound/Outbound: Displays if the rejected email was being sent to or from the user's email

5. Last Attempted On: Last date and time the system attempted to send an email

6. Reason for Rejection: Reason for rejection of the email

7. Action Taken: Action taken by the MangoApps system
