Within the Admin portal, click Modules from the left hand navigation menu. This will bring up the list of modules for your domain. From this list, click Learn.
In the Learn Module, administrators will find various action menus at their disposal. These menus include options such as Reorder Courses, Import/Export, and the Create New Course dropdown menu. Furthermore, additional course-related choices can be accessed within the course list by selecting the 3-Dot Menu corresponding to the desired course.
This option provides you the ability to reorder courses within a chosen Course Category. For information on creating course categories, click here. Click the Reorder Courses button to be taken to the Reorder wizard.
On this new screen, you have the flexibility to rearrange courses either by dragging and dropping them or by utilizing the 3-Dot action menu to move courses up and down the list. Once you've made your adjustments, remember to click the Save button.
In the event you want to undo all course list reordering, simply click the Reset to System Default button located in the upper right-hand corner of the Reorder screen. Keep in mind that this action will result in the loss of your custom course order across ALL categories. After resetting to the system default, the most recently updated courses will appear at the top of the list.
This dropdown facilitates the Importing/Exporting of Course lists and also allows the import of User History in XLS format.
To successfully import a course list via XLS, all columns MUST match those present in the template provided in Step 1: Download the template, even if those columns are left blank.
Key Points to Remember when filling in your XLS template:
Multiple Value Fields: Use a comma separator for Category, Hashtags, Skills Gained, and Instructor, which allow multiple values to be entered into the fields.
Course Code Identification: Include the Course Code to identify the course for import. If the course field is set to auto-generate, leave the field empty to create a new course. A non-matching course code will not be imported.
Unique Course Name: This is a mandatory field. Course Name must be unique when importing.
Date Format: Dates should be in the format mm/dd/yyyy.
Course Duration: Use the format xx hours yy minutes for course duration.
Credit Hours: This is an optional field. This field only accepts numerical values.
Self Enroll: Another optional field; use either Yes or No.
Certifying Authority and Instructor Email: Optional fields. If you elect to include instructor emails, the emails MUST be registered within the domain to which the XLS is being imported.
Traversal Rule: Optional. This field refers to whether chapters within the course must be completed in sequential order or if users can complete chapters in any order. Accepted values for this field are Sequential or None (none indicating that chapters can be completed in any order).
Completion Rule: Optional. This field refers to what percentage of chapters within a course must be completed in order to finish a course. Left blank, the system will default to All chapters must be completed. If present, input an integer value between 0 to 90, in multiples of 10 (This number will be imported as a percentage).
Auto-Archive: Optional. If present, dates should be in the format mm/dd/yyyy.
Additional Information:
For new courses, blank values will be filled with system default values as if the course was created using the Create New Course button.
Blank values for already existing courses will NOT be updated during the import process.
If you delete a course (placing it in the trash can), the course code remains reserved until the course is permanently deleted from the trash can.
Choose this option to create an XLS file containing information about all Active, Draft, and Archived courses. The headers in the XLS file will align with those found in the Import template. Once generated, you can download the file from the Admin Portal Home menu under the "Exported Data" tab.
Because the Export XLS employs the same column headers as the Import XLS, you can also use it as a template for importing courses.
MangoApps also allows for the upload of course history for your users using an XLS document. Click Download Template XLS and fill in the information to be imported. Much like the import function mentioned above, all column headings MUST be present and in the correct order or else the import will encounter an error.
A few things to make note of:
All users whose data is being imported must already exist within your domain.
Each row must contain at least one of the three values: Email ID, Employee ID, or User ID. If all three are present, Email ID will be used as the primary identifier for the user.
Each row must include at least one of the two values: Course Code or Course Name to identify the course for which data is being imported. If both are present, Course Code takes precedence.
At least one of the two values, Assigned Date or Completion Date, must be present in every row to identify the user's course progress. Ensure that dates follow the format mm/dd/yyyy.
Course Score is optional. If provided, it must be an integer value between 0 and 100, representing a percentage.
The fields User Name, Start Date, Due Date, Assigned By Email ID, and Assigned By Employee ID are optional. If these fields are left blank, the corresponding information will not be imported.
From this menu, you can Create a New Course, Create a new Curriculum, or Import SCORM Course.
For full details on Creating a New Course, see the full article here.
MangoApps learning platform features support for programs known as Curriculums. A curriculum consists of a sequence of courses organized into steps that must be completed to attain a certificate or fulfill a training requirement. Users can be assigned curriculums which, optionally, can be designated as required to complete within a specified time period, similar to individual courses.
A curriculum can consist of both Self-Paced courses and Instructor-Led courses. This flexibility allows for a versatile learning experience, accommodating different learning styles and preferences. Whether users prefer self-directed learning or benefit from instructor-led guidance, MangoApps' curriculum structure caters to diverse training needs within the platform.

Lastly from this menu you can import SCORM courses as well as AICC, xAPI, or cmi5 packages.
Key points to consider:
SCORM Cloud: To import a course package into SCORM Cloud, it needs to be zipped out (.zip) and needs to be either a SCORM, AICC or xAPI course package.
Supported SCORM Versions: The supported SCORM versions include SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 2nd Edition, SCORM 2004 3rd Edition, and SCORM 2004 4th Edition.
SCORM Package Requirements: A SCORM package must contain an 'imsmanifest.xml' file, which outlines the courses and their content.
xAPI Package Requirements: For xAPI packages, a 'tincan.xml' file is necessary. Additionally, the package should send xAPI statements to the SCORM Cloud Learning Record Store.
AICC Package Requirements: An AICC package needs to be zipped with the four AICC descriptor files (AU, CRS, CST, & DES).
cmi5 Package Requirements: A cmi5 package must include a 'cmi5.xml' file, which comprises a list of assignable units (AU) that, when launched, communicate with our Learning Record Store via xAPI.

Within the courses tab of the Learn module, you will have access to a 3-Dot action menu for each course listed.
From this action menu, you can Edit Course Info and Course Content, as well as Manage Auto Governance of the course. You can also Duplicate, Archive, or Delete the selected course.
For self-paced courses, you have a couple options when Duplicating:
Include the full content in the duplicated course
Include the learners list with/without their progress data in the duplicated course
For ILT courses, the duplicate course action will duplicate the course info only (sessions & users enrolled are not duplicated)
SCORM course & Curriculums CANNOT be duplicated
When you delete a course, it will be permanently removed from the course catalog for all users. This means that no user will have access to or be able to take the course. Even users who have already started the course will lose access and won't be able to complete it. As a best practice, we strongly recommend considering archiving the course instead of deleting it.
If for any reason a course was deleted in error, it can be restored from the Admin Portal Trash Can.
