Learning Management Systems (LMS) play a pivotal role in tracking employee training performance and evaluating the effectiveness of courses within an organization. Custom report templates in the Learn module allow domain admins and Learn admins to tailor their reporting experience, providing valuable insights based on specific company requirements.
To get started, click the Generate Report button located at the top right of the screen. Report generation takes place in two steps: Template Selection and Filter Configuration.
All pre-shipped/system report templates and custom report templates configured for your domain are readily available for selection.
These report templates come out-of-the box with your domain. These templates cannot be edited or deleted. For more information on managing report templates, click here.
The following report templates are available from the system:

In the second step of generating a report, admins have the flexibility to apply custom filters on the following criteria:
Courses/Curriculum: Filter based on specific courses/curriculum or course/curriculum criteria.
Users: Filter based on specific users or user criteria.
Dates: Apply filters on assignment date, start date, end date, and completion date.
The filter options that appear in this step are dependent on the template chosen. Admins have the option to export the report via FTP, however the FTP connection must be set up.
After requesting a report, domain admins will be notified once the generated report is ready, with respect to their report notification settings.
Domain admins and Learn module admins can access all current and past generated LMS report XLS files through the Learn Module > Reports tab. The ability to view reports by generating user, title, Courses, and Date Range is also available.
For domain admins, additional access is provided through the Files Module > Reports > LMS Reports folder, where all past report XLS files are available for download.
