Accessing AI Assistants
Overview
AI Assistants in MangoApps can be accessed from various locations, depending on how your Administrator has configured them. These assistants are designed to help with tasks like research, idea generation, and finding internal resources.
Module Locations
AI Assistants can be accessed from anywhere within MangoApps, as configured by your Administrator.
Horizontal NavBar
The Horizontal NavBar is typically located at the top of your MangoApps interface. Look for the AI Assistant icon or a labeled section, which might be added by your Administrator. Clicking this will open the AI Assistant interface, where you can interact with tools like MangoGPT or other research assistants.
Vertical Navigation
The Vertical Navigation is found on the left-hand side of your MangoApps dashboard. Scroll through the menu and locate the section for AI Assistants or Research Tools, which may have been added by your Administrator for easy access. Clicking this will take you directly to the AI Assistant tools.
Dashboard Widget
If your Administrator has added an AI Assistant Widget, it will appear on your Dashboard. This widget provides quick access to AI tools like MangoGPT, allowing you to start a new chat or search session right from the Dashboard without navigating through menus. Click on the widget to begin using the AI Assistant.
Administrator Configuration
Keep in mind that the visibility and placement of AI Assistant tools are determined by your Administrator. If you cannot find these tools in the mentioned sections, your Administrator may need to configure access for your account.
