MangoApps LMS offers a notification and reminder system to keep learners informed and engaged throughout their learning journey. These notifications can be received on various platforms, including Mobile, Email, Web Browser, and Messenger clients. Through these notifications, admins can notify learners and send reminders about courses, award certificates, deliver transcripts, and much more.
The learner's private message notification setting needs to be turned ON to receive notifications (mobile push notification, email, etc.) from the LMS notification system. For information on configuring user notification settings, click here.
When a course or curriculum is assigned to a user and marked as required, the Domain admin, LMS admin, or Instructor has the option to inform the user. If this option is used, the user will receive a new private message with the assigned course details.
Requirement: The learner's private message notification setting should be turned ON to receive notifications (mobile push notification, email, etc.) for the newly assigned course.
Upon completion of a course that awards a certificate, the user will receive a new private message containing their certificate download and details.

When the Domain admin or LMS admin generates and sends a transcript to a user, a new private message will be sent to the user containing the transcript.

If details of a session in an Instructor-Led Training (ILT) course are updated, the Domain admin, LMS admin, or Instructor has the option to inform all enrolled users. All enrolled users will receive a new private message.
Requirement: The learner's private message notification setting should be turned ON to receive notifications (mobile push notification, email, etc.) for the updated session.
In the case of a deleted session in an ILT course, the Domain admin, LMS admin, or Instructor can inform all enrolled users, who will then receive a new private message.

Users can set up to 6 reminders for courses with a due date. These reminders will become visible in their to dos module. Reminders can be set for both before and after the due date, and users will receive notifications on Mobile App, Email, Web Browser, and Messenger Clients.
