Starred Chats

Star chats to have a quick access to them from the left navigation area

1. Starred Chats will display on the left-hand side of the screen. All chats you have starred will appear here

2. To Star a chat, click on the Star on the top of the chat window.

The chat will note that it has been starred. Also, the chat will now appear in the Starred Chats section.

You can remove a chat from the starred section at any time by navigating to the chat and clicking on the star.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens when you get a new message in starred chats? You will get the same notification that you do when you receive a new message from a non-starred chat. There will also be a designation by the name of the user you received the message from, in the starred section.

2. What is the order of the starred chats? Users in your starred chat are listed in alphabetical order.

3. Is the list remembered when I sign out? Yes! You starred list is only changed when you add or remove user from it.
