To change the domain branding, first, navigate to the Admin Portal. Admin users can find the Admin Portal by hovering over their profile images in the top right corner of their screen and selecting Manage Domain from the dropdown menu.
From the Admin Portal, select Branding from the left hand navigation menu. If Default Network Users Branding is not already highlighted, select it then click the Edit Branding button.
From this menu, navigate through the various tabs and options in order to fully customize the appearance of your domain.
Upload a custom company logo image file for your domain from the Admin Portal > Branding > Edit Branding > Portal menu.
We recommend using a resolution of 200px x 45px and ensuring the file size is less than 50kb. You have the option to use the same logo image for both Vertical Navigation and Horizontal Layout, or you can choose to display a different logo image based on your portal's navigation bars settings. The Network Name refers to the title that will be displayed in the tab interface bar of your web browser for your domain.
This will not change your domain URL. To learn more about changing your Domain URL, click here.
In addition to the Network Name, you can also add a custom favicon to be displayed in the title bar of your web browser.
Recommended size: 16 x 16 px (< 50kB file size)
Upload the image you would like your users to see on the login page. we recommend using a resolution of 1257px x 1536px and ensuring the file size is less that 250kb.
Once you have completed your changes, click the Save Settings button in the upper right hand corner to apply the chosen settings.
The Login Screen Image can ONLY be updated from the system branding Default Network Users Branding.
In addition to the preset color themes, MangoApps provides the flexibility to create a fully customized branding color theme. You can set the color scheme for the sections Portal Colors, Navigation Menu, Top Bar, and Action Buttons. You can also configure a custom Color Palette for your content creators. Since Shared Cloud deployments URLs use a naming convention based on the email address of the domain creator, the MangoApps domain cannot be changed. A new domain can be created with a different email address but the content in the original domain cannot be transferred to the new Shared Cloud domain.
It is possible to change the MangoApps domain URL for Private Cloud and On-Premise domains. To do this, contact your MangoApps Account Team for more details.
To configure email and notifications with branding for your company's intranet, network administrators can customize the appearance of notification emails, enhancing brand consistency and professionalism. Navigate to the Admin Portal > Branding > Edit Branding > Email.
This customization includes options for the email header, email footer, and email body.
Email header settings apply to emails generated by posts as well as notification and digest emails. The recommended size for email headers is 600x82px
The selected button setting in the email body will also apply to post-generated emails, while other email body settings do not affect post email content.
Similar to the header, email footer settings apply to both post-generated emails and notification and digest emails.
When a user successfully logs into MangoApps Workplace for the first time, they are presented with a set of steps to get started. Network admins can customize this getting started experience from the Admin Portal > Domain > Getting Started > Introduction Video User > Settings Cog ⚙️.
The recommended video resolution is 1920x1080 for both web and mobile.
