# Wiki Insights

### Overview

**Wiki Insights** provides detailed engagement analytics to help creators and admins understand how users interact with wiki content.

From **View Insights**, authorized users can view metrics such as **unique viewers, reactions, comments, contributor activity, and demographic breakdowns**, including engagement by department.

Users can also select **Download Report** to generate an Excel report with detailed viewer information, including name, email, office location, title, employee ID, last viewed date, total views, and status. The report is generated in the background, with a notification when it is ready.

Wiki Insights is available to **wiki creators, contributors with edit permissions, team admins, and domain admins** who have access to the wiki.
