# Installation & Download

### Overview

Mango Recorder is a visual communication tool designed for hybrid workspaces. It allows users to record quick videos, capture and annotate screenshots, and add call-to-action buttons to videos. This tool is ideal for improving team alignment, speeding up support, enhancing sales outreach, and much more.

### **Windows Pre-requisites**

* **Supported Browsers for download:**
  * Microsoft Internet Explorer
  * Mozilla Firefox
  * Google Chrome
* **Operating System:** Windows 10 or above

### Mac **Pre-requisites**

* **Operating System:** macOS version 12.2.1 or later
* **Supported Browsers for download:** 
  * Safari
  * Mozilla Firefox
  * Google Chrome

#### **How to Download and Install Mango Recorder**

Follow these steps to download and install the Mango Recorder on your system:

**Step 1: Download the App**

1. Go to **User Portal > More > My Recordings** to locate the download link.

or you can find the link in the **Downloads** module on the navigation menu.&#x20;

2. Download the latest version of the Mango Recorder app for your OS.

**Step 2: Install the App**

1. Navigate to the folder where the file was downloaded.
2. Right-click the downloaded file and select **Run as Administrator**.
3. Grant the app permission to make changes to your device.
4. Read and accept the terms and conditions, then click **Install**.
5. Once the installation is complete, click **Launch** to start using the app.
6. Congratulations! Mango Recorder is now successfully installed on your system.

Ensure you always download the latest version of Mango Recorder to access new features and improvements. For assistance, visit the **Support** section in your User Portal or contact MangoApps support.

### Log In&#x20;

After successfully downloading the Recorder, open the application and log in with your domain credentials.\
To sign in via the web, click **Sign In Using Another Method** and enter your domain's URL.
