Server requirements vary based on number of users and primary use-cases. Please contact your account manager for recommended server setup for your company. Some general specifications can be found here.
Make sure Janus (Messaging and Document server) is running. If not, please restart it.
Please check your firewall settings and make sure that port 5222 and 5223 is open for all users. Please see Janus log for any exceptions or error messages.
Go to the web admin interface and make sure that that your storage settings are correct. See Janus log for any exceptions and error messages.
It is possible to do that but requires some backend configuration changes. Please contact us and we will help you with the process.
Yes! All services are set to auto-start on reboot. If some services are not starting, please check the system log files.
