Ideas & Campaign

Setting up the Ideas module
The Ideas module enables your users to capture ideas and start idea campaigns inside your company.
Encourage users to post in the Ideas module to share with the management ways to improve processes, create solution to common customer problems & more.
Network admins can manage the idea admins and the statuses of ideas that are under consideration, deferred, and implemented.

View and Vote on Ideas

Select Ideas from the More menu.
All submitted ideas will be displayed. You can also see the current voting results.
To navigate to an idea, tap on it. You must navigate to an idea in order to vote on it. You cannot vote on an idea from this screen.
To vote on an idea, tap on either the thumbs up or thumbs down.
To see how other users votes, click on the People Who Said.. link.
This will show you the way participating user voted.

Submit an Idea

Click on the Pencil icon and select Share an Idea.

    Select if you want to share your idea with a specific team or all your followers
  2. 2.
    If you select share with a team, input the team you want to share with
  3. 3.
    If you want to associate the idea with an existing Idea Campaign, select one
  4. 4.
    Enter a title for your idea
  5. 5.
    Enter a description for your idea
  6. 6.
    Take a photo or video to attach to your idea
  7. 7.
    Attach a photo from your photo gallery to your idea
  8. 8.
    Record and attach an audio file to your idea
  9. 9.
    Attach a file to you idea
  10. 10.
    Click on Share to submit your idea

Idea Campaigns

Idea Campaigns are a wonderful way to collect ideas from people about a problem.
If a campaign is Open, you can add ideas to the campaign by first tapping it.

    Plus: Click the plus sign to add an idea to the campaign
  2. 2.
    Three Dot Menu: Open the three dot menu to access further options

      Copy Link: Get a link to share out for direct access to the idea campaign
    2. 2.
      Write a Comment: Add a comment to the idea campaign

Add an Idea to an Idea Campaign

From an Idea Campaign, click on the Plus sign.
  1. 1.
    Select if you want to share your Idea with a Team or All My Followers.
  2. 2.
    Select the team your want to Share your idea with. It will default to the team the idea campaign is associated with
  3. 3.
    Select the Idea Campaign to associate the idea with. It will default to the idea campaign you were in
  4. 4.
    Enter a title for your idea
  5. 5.
    Enter a description for your idea
  6. 6.
    Access your camera to take a photo or video to attach to the idea
  7. 7.
    Access your photo gallery to upload a picture to your idea
  8. 8.
    Access your microphone to record audio to attach to the idea
  9. 9.
    Access files on your device to attach to your idea
  10. 10.
    Click on Share to share your idea with the idea campaign
