Managing the stages for opportunities

Overview

Network admins can reorder the opportunity stages, manage the pre-shipped opportunity stages and create new opportunity stages from the Admin Portal.
Admin Portal > Modules > CRM > Stages
  1. 1.
    List of opportunity stages: Displays the list of all opportunity stages on the domain. Drag-and-drop the stages to reorder them. Network admins can edit the label of the pre-shipped stages.
  2. 2.
    Actions: Click the Edit or Remove option.
    • Edit: Click the Edit option to edit the opportunity stage label.
    • Delete: Click the Remove option the opportunity stage from the domain.
  3. 3.
    + Add a new Opportunity Stage: Click the + Add a new Opportunity Stage link to create a new opportunity stage on the domain.
Deleting a opportunity stage disassociate all the opportunities associated with it. Network admins MUST choose the stage to move the opportunities when deleting an opportunity stage in the Admin Portal.

Adding a New Opportunity Stage

To add a new opportunity stage for all user on the domain:
  1. 1.
    Click the + Add a new Opportunity Stage link.
  2. 2.
    Enter a name for the opportunity stage in the Stage Name text box.
  3. 3.
    Click the Add button to add the new opportunity stage on the domain.
  4. 4.
    Drag-and-drop the stage as preferred to reorder it. This is an optional step.
