Network admins can configure the look-and-feel of the styles for notification emails.
These email customization options include:
  • Email Header
  • Email Footer
  • Email Body

How to

Customize the Email Header

  1. 1.
    Go to Branding and select Email. You can view the Email Header, Email Footer, and Email body on the screen.
  2. 2.
    Click the header section in the email preview to display the Email Header option.
  3. 3.
    Change background image, background color, text font size, text font family, title text color, title text highlight color to be the style you want for your email header.
  4. 4.
    At the bottom of the page, click Save.
  5. 5.
    Click the Reset to Default button to overwrite the modifications and restore the system default settings of the email header.
Note: Email header settings apply to post email also (in addition to being applied to notification & digest emails).

Customize the Email Body

  1. 1.
    Go to Branding and select Email.
  2. 2.
    Click the body section of the email preview to display the Email Body option.
  3. 3.
    Change the background color, body text font size, body text font family, body text color, link color, button color, button text color, button text font family, button text font size to be the style you want for your email body.
  4. 4.
    At the bottom of the page, click Save.
  5. 5.
    Click the Reset to Default button to overwrite the modifications and restore the system default settings of the email body.
Note: The 4 button settings in email body apply to post email body also (in addition to being applied to notification & digest emails). Other settings in email body do not apply to post email body.

    Select the footer text color, footer text font size, footer text font family, and link color to be the style you want for your email footer.

Note: Email footer settings apply to post email also (in addition to being applied to notification & digest emails)
