How to embed survey monkey forms to pages in MangoApps?

SurveyMonkey is an online survey development cloud-based software, and the forms can be embedded into pages in MangoApps.

Below are the steps to embed a survey monkey form to MangoApps pages.

1. Create a Dynamic page in MangoApps.

2. Select ‘External Source Integrator’ from the list of widgets available under MangoApps. Screenshot:

3. Rename the widget as per your requirement and past the below iframe code under it. The formula would be:

4. ‘Save and Publish’ the page.

Please note that Survey Monkey script can’t be embedded in any widget/container.
