Chat
With MangoApps chat, you can collaborate with users, in the team or teams you are a member of, no matter where they are. You can easily chat with them via instant message.
- 1.You can access you Chats from the left hand side menu
- 2.View All chat messages
- 3.View Unread chat messages
- 4.Search for a specific chat message
- 5.Start a New Chat
- 6.Search within the current chat for desired information
- 7.Refresh the chat window to ensure latest chat messages are visible
- 8.Three Dot Menu:
- 1.View the Profile of the person you are chatting with
- 2.Copy Messages
- 3.Delete Specific Messages
- 4.Delete All Messages
- 9.Chat Bar: It it is enable on your site you can also access your chat messages from the chat bar.
You can only chat with users who are in teams that you are a member of.
